Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all drill stem testing and well clean up flow operations for Australia offshore exploration and development well activities.
- Ensure well testing and clean up flow designs meet all well objectives including necessary reservoir data for field development planning.
- Ensure well testing and clean up flow designs and operations comply with Operator standards and Australian legislation.
- Ensure well testing operations are conducted in accordance with all HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in field testing operations environment inclusive of independent supervision of well test activities.
- Experience as Well Test Engineer, Well Services Supervisor and Completion Engineer.
- Must possess strong planning and organisational skills to execute all daily activities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to function as a “team player” with other company disciplines to ensure operational success.
- Proven motivating/mentoring/knowledge transfer skills.
- Individual must possess computer skill set to allow for planning and execution of well testing activities.
